Urinary tract infection can elevate CA125
But only slightly, by a few points.
Don't worry about CA125 raise until there is a trend: two or more consecutive measurements taken at least 1 week apart. It is not considered recurrence until CA125 is double the upper normal limit (2x35=70). And only if CA125 is a good marker for you.

It is my understanding too that any infection, including urinary tract infection, can raise the CA 125. Has yours gone up since the last check?
Best wishes,
