L-Glutamine Question

I used to mix it up by
the liter (I used a tiny funnel to get the LG into the bottle)....then fill with water....I think I was using 4 to 6 tablespoons per liter....at the time I was using it, the mixture was the only thing I was getting via mouth....I'd get down from 1/2 to 3/4 of the bottle in the course of the whole day. I kept it next to my chair, and sip on it to keep my mouth from feeling so dry (which makes mouth sores hurt worse)....I don't think there's a way to over-do LG, especially with throat cancer treatment.....a person isn't going to get enough down.

I did not find the powder but bought the tablet and crushed 2 and put it in a 16oz bottle of water and shook it up. Rob would shake it up throught the day of drinking it. He could usually with prodding drink 1/2 to 3/4 of a bottle a day
