FINDINGS: Overall PET and CT image quality and inter-modality
registration are satisfactory. The aortic arch intravascular SUVavg is
1.9. The hepatic SUVavg is 2.4.

Head and Neck: Interval decrease in size and metabolic activity in left
tonsil and bilateral FDG-avid neck lymph nodes. Faint FDG uptake within
several residual non-enlarged left level II lymph nodes, at background
level. No residual abnormal uptake in the bilateral tonsil regions.
The head and neck portion of the diagnostic CT was interpreted by Dr.
Hoeffner from the Neuroradiology Division.

Thorax: Mild diffuse thyroid uptake may represent thyroiditis versus a
normal variant.

Abdomen and Pelvis: The FDG distribution is physiologic.

IMPRESSION:

1. Interval complete metabolic response of prior FDG-avid left tonsil
lesion and FDG-avid left cervical lymph nodes.
