    No

She's probably busy putting up salmon and/or finding new recipes for salmon :).  Let's see, salmon patties, smoked salmon, salmon casserole, salmon croquettes, salmon soufle, salmon stew, salmon jelly, salmon caviar, and of course, we can't forget "salmon-nella" Tongue Out.

If a gigantic salmon tried to get her, I imagine there's a "black-eyed salmon" out there somewhere - unable to spawn :).  She's a tough cookie.

    We do miss you, Sue.

    Hugs - Jim

    Just got home...-

    Hi guys,

Nope...I didn't get lost at sea or eaten by a salmon! We just got home yesterday and are now packing to leave on Sunday for our BIG road trip back to the midwest. I have 5 sisters that live in Champaign/Urbana Illinois so we are driving back to see them for 10 days. Then we are going to Tennessee to visit Steve's brother for a few days, then on to Texas to visit a friend, then a two day stop in Laughlin Nevada to gamble Smile then on to Livermore Calif to visit my oldest sister... then to Klamath Falls Oregon to visit another sister and my 87 year old Aunt and then home to Yakima. "Whew"! ha! I think we plan to be home around the 25th of October. We just decided since Steve is retired we need to get off our butts and go visit family we haven't seen in years and it's easier for us to go to them since we arn't working. We are driving, so I'm looking forward to traveling across the country in the Fall. Tennessee and Texas should be nice...not too hot and also nice weather in California. We caught lots of salmon while on vacation and had a wonderful peaceful time. The boys and their families came down and visited so fun was had by all. I tried to post pictures, but couldn't figure out how to do it since they fixed all the problems with the site. Weird! I'll have my laptop with me and check in as time allows...I'm thinking we will be pretty busy running from one sisters house to another...I have a total of 7 sisters to visit during this trip! Surprised I've been feeling pretty good...(knock on wood) and just hope to stay that way for as long as possible. I got my flu shot earlier this week and felt kind of crappy for a few days, but feel fine now. Thanks for thinking about me John Wink....I'll be checking in. I hope everyone feels good and does fine while I'm gone. I think about all of you every day!

    Much love....Sue Kiss

    Hi Sue

You are a busy lady! My husband and I would have fun traveling like that too. I am so happy you can do it, but I have missed you around these parts. You have helped so many people and it feels so quiet without you. While you are in Tennessee, why don't you slip over the state line into North Carolina? I'll buy you an ice cream.Smile

    Have fun!

    Love, Rocquie

John, Since I am closer to Tennessee, I guess you and Jim will have to drive to the mountains if you want ice cream!

    Have a great vacay

Sounds nice and a beautiful time of year.  We will be gone to Mexico but as you are travelling on hiway 5 (if you go home that way), if you took the Williams exit and drove about 45 mins. East you would be in our stomping ground Yuba City.  Again, have a great time.  Becky

    Salmon, cont.

Met a girl in a biker bar once nick-named "Walleyed Salmon."  Gave up seafood that very day.
