Mother in law diagnosed with Anaplastic thyroid cancer

They first thought she had developed a new cancer (sarcoma) but the oncologist had pathology look at it again and it was determined that her papillary thyroid cancer turned into ATC. I'm so upset. I hope she can beat this.Cry

    Sorry to hear the news , Tell her to stay positive no matter what. I am over 400 days, saw my doctors this week they can not believe it . My cancer was 100 % anaplastic not papillary then anaplastic. I HOPE THEY GO GET IT OUT NOW!!!! YOU can read my posts on this board, if i can help in any way i will.
