in Testicular Cancer #1

I was wondering if any of you have suggestions for getting assistance to pay for treatment of testicular cancer,  I know someone who has no insurance and has already received the first bill for 52,000 and treatment isn't finished yet.  He is not able to work due to treatments.  He is receiving treatment at MD Anderson in Houston.  Thanks for any suggestions.
