s'ok
it depends which one you are going to, but they do these things a lot .Depending on your type of cancer, you might want to consider UCSF in the future if your situation has you scared. It is also my understanding that kaiser docs can make the recommendation to send you to UCSF in certain critical situations. But so far you are probably fine.

Depends on where you are, I suppose
Hi,
I had work done through Kaiser and am very happy. They performed a bilateral mastectomy w reconstruction. I am in the Hawaii region and out here, they were very good. I think it may also depends on your type of plan, maybe you could inquire and get an estimate? Or try to find another patient who has been there?
I think if you like your Dr that helps alot. They are very good these days.

Before I had my both breasts mastectomy and reconstruction done by Dr. at Kaiser, my Boss found me an other Dr. for second opinion. The other Dr. said that Kaiser is known to be number 1 in surgerie for the last 2 decade. Kaiser allowed me to stay in the hospital for 2 night. I am doing better each day. This is my second week after my surgeries. I am still taking my pain medication so I don't drive yet. I will stay home to take great care of myself for 4 more weeks. Then I will go back to work on Oct. 28th.
