Just sent you a message!
I will be there. BTW, when I was first DX I learned of someone I knew early in my career (in my current industry) who had cervical cancer. I walk for her as well.
Your peach warrior sister.

Come NEXT YEAR!teg said:Just Missed It
I live in Northern Virginia and found out about the race today. I went to onco Gynocologic web site and it was posted there. I hope you had a great experience.

Thelma, when they post the date put it on your calendar right away. I don't know about ccfighter but I was so uplifted after being there.
Being surrounded by all the gynecological warriors? Truly inspirational and it moved me to tears.
I thoroughly enjoyed the uterine course on Saturday, and they offered an ovarian course this year, so I am thinking the cervical cancer survivors may not have been too interested in those.
It was so nice to have OUR cancer warriors all together. I don't get to find many of them locally. It was a little breezy, but no rain so once you got moving and the sun started to come out it warmed up nicely.
Look forward to seeing some of you next year!
