Good news to share

in Ovarian Cancer #1

My latest PET/CT scan was clean, my CA125 is 4, so after a year of Carbo/Gemzar maintenance, I was told at my recent appointment - NO MORE CHEMO!  (At least for the time being).  So cross everything possible that this holiday with NED lasts longer than the 7-month one I had between the end of my front-line treatment and my recurrence in Feb. 2012.

    Congratulations! I know how good you feel--I was declared N.E.D. five days ago!  Cool  Hope your good fortune continues for many, many years, and that mine does too.
