Kidneys

When I had the high dose cisplatin back in 2009 it did damage to my kidneys, my creatine levels were around 2 to 2.2 for the following years. Last year when I was hospitalized for my lung surgery, it was 1.9. Had it checked again in May it was down to 1.79. Had it checked again last Friday and it's now 1.62. Did anyone else get kidney damage and see it improve over time? Denis

There is also something called EFGR and the normal is 60. For an Africanm American a 1.62 would be a 51 EGFR, for a white American it is 42, I wonder what causes the difference. I am English, I wonder what mine is LOL
