Folfiri and irrinotecan

My regime has been this for some six Months.  irrinotecan each Monday and chemo fortnightly plus take car home 48 hrs.  Does anyone not bake cad home?  My CEA seems to patters 4.4-5 after just irrinotecan and following week 2.5-3 afteis chemo week. Eg 2 hr surgery infusion and take home cad.   I asked onc cld I not take home cad?   He said there is no scientific evidence the extra 90mls in the cad has effect?   Not sure what o do?
