Second round of chemo in AM

Well first round went ok. Getting ready for round two in AM. He developed the rash everyone talks about with cetuximab. A little nausea but controlled with med. So wishing all a great Labor Day and hoping you all will keep us in your prayers. You all are in ours. Barb caregiver

treatment
Barb,
I belong to the Erbitux club and the rash does get pretty intense. My upper torso and face were covered with the acne like rash. Everyone that saw it thought it should itch, but mine never did. Remember to drink plenty of fluids and keep swallowing. Also, stay ahead of constipation (it can sneak up on you).
Hang in there,
Matt

Good to hear that
his meds are working for any nausea...that surely makes a BIG difference when getting through this.
Sending him extra strength to kick butt on the cancer....(I'm actually starting to get some muscles to spare...
).
