On my only trip across the Pond back in 1999 we did spend about 5 days in Italy and really enjoyed it.

 

May be we will return one day.

I have such wonderful memories of my trip to Italy back in 1986.  I hope to get back for a visit some day... loved it..!  The Spanish Steps at night was totally alive..!!

I am glad to see you are doing so well after having thyroid and kidney cancer. I love the picture, I can tell you're the glass half full type:) Your English looks pretty good to me! so keep posting, we would be happy to hear from you:)

Where are you in Italy? I am booking a trip to Bellagio next year, I love it there! I wrote to George Clooney, to see if he had a couple of rooms free at his lake side villa! Sadly he is fully booked those weeks;(...  So we are staying in an apartment close by:)

But I have become an honorary italian due to my relationship with pizza.

I am in Australia. Italy has always been on the list of places I wanted to see, hopefully will get there at some point in the not too distant future but being such a long haul flight from here may not be an option.

Welcome

I just spent a very nice 10 days in Florence and Milan a couple of months ago.

It looks like I'll be working in Italy next month, but way in the north near Milan. I doubt I'd get to Rome, but who knows.
