    Hi,

In answer to your question, when I had a colonoscopy a couple of years ago, they removed two pre-cancerous polyps.  I had absolutely no pain or aching at all after the procedure, therefore I would strongly recommend contacting your physician.

You colon has no nerve endings.  I've had an ileostomy and it had no feeling therefore removal of a polyp should not hurt at all.  Please contact your doctor.  Hope you feel better soon.
