Ongoing colonoscopy's?

It will be three years next week since dx. I had tumour removed from Bowel and have 4 spots in lung. One spot now scar tissue and will decide if,to,continue with chemo or have surgery to remove tumours in lung. Not sure which way to go? Continued chemo or surgery? Surgeon can rescect and wedge tumors. Chances of infection? Would love your thoughts
