I just bought a book, that I am finding quite helpful. It is titled, " The Cancer Recovery Plan", by Dr. Barry Boyd. He is the founder of the Integrative Oncology program at Yale New Haven. It covers topics of diet, stress reduction, exercise, supplements, etc. I highly recommend it. I ordered it from Amazon and it is a paperback.

I need to learn more about what is making this body of mine produce cancer cells.
