My infusion center gave me a "Purple Heart" award for completing my chemo. It was cute and well-meant and signed by my doctor, nurses, and several office staff. Since I didn't have a cubicle to hang it in, I filed it away with my medical records.

So glad the treatments have come to an end. Best wishes.

Great, way to go.micah00 said:update
Today met with the radioligist and she said it was my call if I wanted radiation. She said that the spot in my chest is dead! So radiation wouldn't really make a difference if i was already getting another cycle of chemo. Which is really good because I would have to get radiation everyday for 3 weeks. She also said when she looked at my PET scan nothing lit up so today was a good day of appointments. So next Tuesday I start my last cycle of chemo and once thats done I wait 3 weeks then I get a CT scan to see if the spot in my chest changed in size any. So I feel everything is going in the right way again. So I'm praying for the best.
Congrates and wish you all the best.

I met with the Dr and he went through my blood work and he said that I am in remission. I go back in a month to see the Dr again and hes going to check my blood work again since I just receieved a scan a month ago. If all is good then, then I wait 2 months. Dr said he doesn't believe in giving scans all the time for he doesn't like radiation being put in the body so much. He said he can tell if something is wrong by bloodwork. So i'm glad I have finally made it and praise the lord for it everyday.
