anyone else triple + and triple -

my oncologist called me yesterday to let me know that my left breast was triple negative and that my right breast was triple positive.  what the heck.   he said that triple negative was indiciative of the brca1 gene (which i tested positive for), and the triple positive was hormonel.   he said doing the docetazxel and carboplatin with herceptin and tamoxifen will do the job.  anyone else on that regimen?  anyone else tested this way?
