My back behind my mastectomy side hurts????

My upper back where i had the  mastectomy seems swollen im not sure if its been like that but i just noticed it, it does hurt its just a puffy area has any one had this ,my mastectomy was in 2010.~~MOllyZ~~

    I'm not sure!!!

    I'm not sure if it's been like that since the surgery or not i just noticed it but im not sure which dr. to let know,my surgeon is the one who set my appointment up with a lymphodema specialist.thanks~~MollyZ~~
