Clear cell cancer

I was spotting blood. I had a biopsy of the uterus and it came back clear cell. I had a complete hysterectomy, robotic, and a pelvic washing. my results came back no cancer anywhere. They are calling it cancer free. Is this possible? I was originally told I would have to have chemo no matter how good the results were which I didn't want since Ihad chemo for breast cancer 4years ago. Could the slides have gotten mixed up? Has this happened to anyone else?
