Energy boost during chemo?

Vitamin B is often used in energy drinks and by dieticians for raising energy levels. Particularly when caffeine drinks like coffee are not an option, what other options might be available for cancer patients? Fatigue is a big problem for many who undergo chemotherapy, is there any option (other than food and exercise to the extent it's bearable) that patients can try?
