Positive CT scan for a change!
Pat had a CT scan of the chest, abdomen, and pelvis last Wed. These are the best results we have ever gotten! Here is a quick breakdown...
Ellen
Lungs: The dominant nodule in the left lung was 17 x 15 mm, now 16 x 11 mm
Right upper lobe nodule was 6 mm, now barely discernible
Right lung nodule was 8 mm, now 4mm
One nodule stayed at 4 mm and one slightly enlarged.
No new pulmonary nodules are present.
Liver: Lesions in the medial left lobe have decreased in size:
was 47 x 38 mm, now 34 x 24 mm
was 26 x 21 mm, now 15 mm
Left lateral lobe lesion was 24 mm, now 17 mm
Right lobe lesion was 36 x 31, now 36 x 29
Lymph Nodes: was 65 x 24 mm, now 52 x 15 mm
was 30 x 18 mm, now 24 x 14 mm
was 19 mm, now 14 mm
Spleen, Pancreas, kidneys, adrenal glands are all normal
Small bowel and colon are normal
Bones: no evidence for osseous metastasis
Conclusions: Interval improvement of pulmonary metastasis, hepatic, and peritoneal metastasis.
