Recently diagnosed

I have just learned that I have this rare disease called Large Granular Lymphocyte (LGL) Leukemia. I have had a bone marrow biospy, my white blood cell count (WBC) is low. I show no other symptoms everything is wonderful. My question to anyone is when and if do symptoms occur?
