I'm two weeks behind you! Sending all the good vibes and sincere wishes I can muster! I am filled with hope for you!
Kick some collective butt in there!
May your surgery go well so that you can tell people you had Cancer, not that you have it. Sorry the surgery is required for your initiation to our club, but we all went thru it. Not fun, but better than the alternative..

You'll be back with your lovely Wife and Kids in no time - just remember that you'll have to leave picking the kids up to your Wife for quite a little while - no lifting anything heavier than ten pounds is the standard advice for a number of weeks ahead, even young as you are.
You said you don't have any positive experiences to share, at least "Not yet", you said. Well, soon you will have and we'll all be keen to hear them. In a couple of days or so you'll be able to start re-assuring those not yet initiated, like Marie, that it's really not that bad. (Better save it for two or three days, though, because it takes a couple of days before you notice it's all getting easier.)

Ooouuucchhh haha back home and trying to get the Event to happen! Doing good thanks all!
It will happen. Can't remember hearing from anyone that it didn't happen...
Try Senna. I think it's a great product. It's softener with a natural, mild push. Still, might take a few days. It was 2-3 days after I got home for me. As long as you're eating ok, walking, drinking plenty of water, you'll be fine.
Glad you got the other thing behind you. Now for putting the next thing "behind you", so to speak.
