Having a break
Having a lovely break in Majorca before Ian starts on a Phrase one clinical trial, at Chrities hospital in Manchester. No hope of a cure, but hoping to extend his life, any hope is good. Take care all.

I hope that the Mediterranean Sea and sunshine
do you both good before you return home for the clinical trial. It sounds as if your husband's ability to travel indicates that his performance status (sorry for the cinical term) is good to begin further treatment to extend his life. Trust too that if palliative care alone is needed in the future that it can often extend life as well as opposed to further aggressive treatments that may decrease quality of life.
Enjoy your trip and please let us know how the clinical trial goes for your husband. I will be hoping the best of outcomes for your family. ~ Cynthia
