    Dear Genepaul,

    I am sorry for your diagnosis.

    It would be helpful to know more about your case to determine if the cancer is localized, and that you can be patient for Cyberknife treatment.

    Some questions that come to mind are:

    What is is your PSA, and the trend of PSA's.

    What prompted you to have a biopsy.

    How many cores were taken in the biopsy.

    How many were positive? What was the involvement (percent cancer) of each core that was positiive)?

    Did you have any other diagnostic tests?

    What is your age? and general health like...that is what is your life expectency....if less than 10 years there is a possibility that you can enter into an Actrive Surveillance protocol.
