Thanks again for all of the information.  MY family did see a surgeon who recommends surgery after 3 months of chemo and radiation.  I wrote a complete update on teh surgical options post.  I am feeling very comfortable witht eh surgeons onthe case, just need more answers as to thier chilce of procedures.
