I just have to brag about my youngest daughter... She has graduated with her associates nursing degree.  I now will have my own private nurse...lol   I am so proud of her.  She returned to school at age 34 to achieve this.  She stayed home to raise her sons first. Therefore, if you should ever encounter a nurse named Shelly she could be my daughter...

I am also a nurse, and now a retired LPN. We have a large number of nurses in my family.  All that are still working are RN's.  Yes, the field is in need of good nurses. Our state has pretty much faised out the LPN's though. Which I feel was an injustice to thousands of excellant nurses...  Kathy
