OT Bunny Man OK
Katherine has had a house rabbit since 2002. She didn't really want a rabbit, but her boyfriend at the time (stupidly) bought 2 males and they nearly fought to death.
She took Bunny Man, stitches and all, nursed him along and he has been one of the sweetest critters that you ever saw. He hops freely around her apartment, is litter trained and gets along well with her cats. He really likes his nose petted. His only downside is he won't go in a cage without fighting and honking at you--but she gave up trying years ago...Lol.
Lately, he has been holding his foot weird and we were getting very concerned because 11 is quite old for a rabbit. She took him to the vet today and found out that he just has mild arthritis and they gave him some meds to keep him comforatble.
She is so happy tonight that I am happy too. :-). Bunny Man is a little fighter!

All's well that ends well
A good story with a happy ending. I hope Bunny Man has a long life. So many animals have the same conditions as us humans. I always felt bad for my dog who back in the 1970's, I was told that he should have an aspirin a day for his arthritis. Now that I have the condition, I know how painful it is and how animals suffer also.
