Lower back pain

Hey all. Quick question. I have 2 weeks till surgery and can't wait to get it done. However since I I've been diagnosed I have been having lower back pain constantly. Feels better when I jog, it also doesn't get worse at night. Both the urologist and Onc don't think it's related. And you can see where they imaged my lower back with the Ct and MRI. I am however having a hard time not worrying. My mass is only 1.5cm what are the chances of it spreading to my spine. Anyway May 1st can't come soon enough! Thanks all for your time.

With a tumor that small (and assuming its localized, T1a) the risk is minimal unless its a very agressive subtype or grade. But that you wont know until you get the histology post-op...But statistically, and remember the median isnt king, your risk of spreading is very low.

I'm trying! Haha having pome red wine with the wiff now. And the ct and MRI said no cancer in the pelvic area. If thats what u mean about being localized. Thanks for the replys can't wait to pop this zit!
Not likely related. At that size, it would not be setting off any kind of muscular response. There would be no need for your body to compensate in posture, or splinting for a reactive response. In any event the solution is easy. Keep running.
