I'm so sorry!
I'm so sorry that you don't sleep well... I understand the feeling. I'm a newly diagnosed Ca patient as well. I also have a thyroid disorder, Hypo. So that also contributes to the sleepless nights... I myself find that keeping busy durning the day and no snacking at night helps. Also a warm soothing bath and soothing music to relax you... God Bless!.... Kathy

advise .. the only thing I could add is .. soothing music, or soft sounds of nature via IPOD, recorder -- I wish I had some magic sprinkles that would help you sleep.
Gentle hugs,
Vicki Sam

Jersey Girl
Hi there...I am a Jersey Girl too!!!! I was diagnosed in March of 2011 too. Whats going on with you and how can I help???? I sleep well now because I studied all about intergrative nutrition and how to build my immune system up. The stronger it is the better I can fight!!!
If you want some info on all of that let me know.
I also went online at night and google chakra relating meditations...that really really helped me during my worst time.
Try it it just might help you!!!
(((hugs)))

Not being able to sleep is awful. Perhaps your PCP can prescribe a sleeping pill or anxiety pill to help you. Ofcourse, check with your oncologist about this too.
Good luck, Lex
