Anyone have problems with their teeth on Femora?

I have been on Femora for close to two years.  For the past week I have been having some problems with a few of my bottom teeth.  They seem to be losing enamel or something.  They also seem more sensitive.  I think I read that Femora can cause problems with teeth.  Has anyone had problems with their teeth while taking Femora?  I always took great care of my teeth and this problem concerns me very much.  I will be contacting my dentist this week.  I will also contact my onocologist office......but sometimes oncologists don't want to admit that Femora can cause problems with teeth.  That's why I am asking you girls.  Please help.
