from Toledo... but live about 250 yards from the Michigan boarder, just west of US23.

 

I can cheer for Ohio State... but never when it affects the Wolverines!

I was born in Detroit

and spent my first 18 years in a suburb of Detroit (Warren).  All of my siblings and I graduated from UofM - either undergrad or graduate.  Hope they win.  And I hope you and your husband can enjoy the game as a respite from your struggles.  Best, Vita

Yes ... The game is on so late ... starts 9:45pm here.

My husband will never be able to stay awake but I have vowed to with our son.  I promised to whisper the score in his ear, only if Michigan wins though.  We are not super sports fans here but there was something that caught my husband's attention with the UM basketball team this past season and provided a much needed distraction from thinking about cancer.  I wish Lousiville the best and whoever wins is fine with me, but for my husband's sake ... go blue.
