I am hearing better- I am cancer free- I am doing well- I will live every day to the fullest- my fatigue is getting better each day- I will stay positive and I will not let negativity into my life- I had to write it down!!!!!

    Attitude is all we've got when cancer shows itself. I agree with your statement 110%! Writing ot down makes it real. Many people have said I have a good attitude about all of this. Perhaps I do. I do know I have an attitude of some shape or form since all this started! I personally struggle to maintain a positive attitude and I'm hard on myself when I don't. I have the following printed out and in several strategic places in my home an at the lodge in Baltimore where I'm staying during treatments.

    "The longer I live, the more I realize the impact of attitude on life.

    Attitude, to me, is more important than facts. It is more important than the past, than education, than money, than circumstances, than failures, than successes, than what other people think or say or do. It is more important than appearance, giftedness or skill. It will make or break a company... a church... a home.

    The remarkable thing is we have a choice every day regarding the attitude we will embrace for that day. We cannot change our past... we cannot change the fact that people will act in a certain way. We cannot change the inevitable. The only thing we can do is play on the one string we have, and that is our attitude... I am convinced that life is 10% what happens to me and 90% how I react to it.

    And so it is with you... we are in charge of our attitudes."

    ATTITUDE is everything !  All the members on our site are charactors in their own right and full of it !  (hee-hee, meaning they all have positive attitudes)   It sounds great to hear you're NED and moving forward with life.  Maybe someone artistic could post a huge sign we can print off as a reminder we made it...and today is good !   Hugs sent !   Katie
