Maybe someone else can post it?just for the record, my reluctance has nothing to do with cancer or even this cancer but my feelings about privacy in general. I'm not on facebook, don't tweet and if anyone googled me there'd be no hits. it's about my views on privacy, not my views about cancer. I'm not real happy with the "let's reveal everything to everybody" mentality we seem to have embraced these days. that said, i'd still like to know the nccn post tx guidelines. i can't fathom any good reason why they need to know my name, address and phone number before they'll share that information.

I don't remember if I used my real name, etc. for registering at the NCCN site but I often make up fake name, address, etc. when I have to fill out those online forms in order to access a website. I also have a third email address that I use only for this type of thing. Maybe you could try that for NCCN
