Vibration in throat?

I will be 2 yrs out in April from surgery. My question is does anyone have a vibrating in their throat when they lay down? Doesn't happen all the time and does not hurt. but never remember having anything like this before EC. Just wondering... Thought I seen somewhere a post about vocal cords vibrating?

I sometimes notice it when I just lay down to go to sleep

I am a little over three years out from surgery and I do notice a feeling like vibration in the back of my throat every so often right after I lay down to go to sleep. It is almost like a feeling of something stretching and vibrating as it stretches. It does not happen often and sometimes I will go for months without the sensation. I seemed to notice it more in the first year or two but much less as time goes by. I am not sure what it is though. It does seem harmless.
