tumor markers/gene markers???? how many are there, how many targeted treatments?

I can not for the life of me figure out how to read the biopsy result with a clear understanding and to know what it means for me in the long run..............i made it through the surgeries.........now i need more answers and they cometh so slowly.

    I don't know how many genetic markers there are.  EGFR, ALK & KRAS are the ones I see most.  What exactly did the test say?   Oh and search for threads here started by Gpawelski.   It may be what his PHD is in.

    There are several types of targeted radiation therapies.  Gamma knife, Cyberknife, imrt and I others I don't remember.  Explore these threads.  There is much good info here.
