Has anyone been put on tirosint instead of synthroid or the others?

    Tirosint vs. Synthroid

    Tirosint is a brand name for levothroxin (sp?) I believe. 

    Are you having some strange side effects from the Tirosint ?

    If swallowing pills is an issue (as it is with me), the Tirosint comes in a gel cap form which may be easier to swallow....might even come in liquid if you ask your doc/pharmicist.
