Cycloblastin (cyclophosphamide) anyone?

in Ovarian Cancer #1

Having had three cycles of Gemzar with good drops in my CA125 unfortunately on the fourth had a rise of 10 percent.   So so disappointing!  Thought I was onto the right chemo for me.  My oncologist has added a daily 50mg tablet of the above to my regime.  Wondering if anyone else has had or is having this and would love to hear feedback.  Many thanks.

    I'm so sorry you experienced a rise in your CA 125.  I don't have any experience with the chemo in question but maybe other ladies will chime in.  Please know that I'm sending good thoughts your way and praying that the new drug kicks your cancer's butt!
