Protecting your privacy

I think it is worth noting that when you go on to websites like NCCN, you will be asked to give your personal information and once you do so, you have no reasonable expectation of privacy. Some of us have no problem with that, and that is fine. If you have a reason or a desire to keep your cancer diagnosis private, it would be best for you NOT to give your personal information. In my opinion, the guidelines for treatment of all cancers should be available to the public without having to surrender your privacy. Just a word to the wise, if you are employed or hope to be employed, you may want to think twice about your privacy. Once it is out there, anything could happen.
