amazing lemons
Since reading about this a few months ago, I cut a whole organic washed lemon into eighths, freeze it, then add an eigth lemon into morning smoothie and then evening smoothie. Grating the frozen lemon was a little too time consuming. Thanks everyone for all the tips. We never know which one is helping so try them all. I keep adding all these types of things and never subtracting and have been NED from a stage 4B diagnosis for two and one half years.

I was never a fan of lemons, or any citrus fruit for that matter. But I noticed my taste buds have changed dramatically since I began chemo. I am trying foods I never thought I would and have been eating foods I tried and never liked. All this talk about lemons has my mouth watering. Who would of thunk! I am stopping off to pick some up after radiation. Thanks for the new craving and ideas of what to do with the lemons!!

I LOVE this! Life gives you lemons (cancer!) and you make lemonade out of it! (LOL)
I am in the phase where I am trying to change my diet and I appreciate this kind of information. I have always been a big fan of lemons and now have bigger reasons to enjoy them.
Thanks for the info!
(I am going to have my Stevia sweetened iced tea w/a lemon slice in it!)
