I Need a Pink Diva Bus

I am asking for a Pink Bus. I have a breast MRI scheduled for Mon, 2/18. I've had MRI's before, but, as you all know, these tests can be so nerve wracking. I am going to the imaging center where I heard those awful words, " You have cancer." I am going to hold my head up high and take care of business. I wouldn't mind a little Pink Sisterly company just the same.
Thanks for your support.
Hugs,
Ines

Shall be There!Dear Ines, I also have an 8AM (east coast time) appointment to see my oncologist on the 18th for a new drug. I can make it for your appointment and CC's. Another busy day! After all these years (18 1/2) I don't need the bus. For me it's just another appointment (ho hum). I'll bring along some lobster rolls, they pack easy and are sort of pink. Maybe some very light pink wine to go with it. I'm sick of winter in the Northeast and I will add some brie and crackers. Kind of a picnic on a bus. Wishing you the best with a breast MRI. I never had an MRI for a breast. I have had a lot of MRI's though. I will bring a pink cushion as those tables they place you on are very hard. Remember your still a member in good standing of the 70% club. Best Wishes, Doris

Do we get to do "Soul Train" again?missrenee said:I'll be there, Ines bringing my most positive energy for a great result. Hugs, Renee Ines, Is this the same appointment you had a couple of years ago where you had to walk down a dark, dungeon-esque underground hallway to get there, and we all came along blasting disco music on a boombox and doing "Soul Train" down the hall? Girl, I still got my pink feather boa, my platform roller skates, and a serious case of boogie fever -- just say the word! Traci

Wellllwith this much notice, you will get a bus and a parade. I am thinking Mardi gras style and we can "all get some beads". You can be the Queen of course, you get your own float carried by a pack of hunks. You personal fanner is a must of course. And once we get you there safely, we will wait patiently so we can take you to the after party. Looks to me like you have too much to plan, what to wear, who will all be there.. much to worry about that MRI, wouldn't you agree? Hugs, Ayse

Thank You!It's Wed and the count down is under way. Will be glad when Monday rolls around and I can get this test over and done with. Oh, Traci... that Soul Train corridor was when I was having radiation. This here place kind of reminds me of that Woody Allen movie. The one were he wakes up in the future. Everything is white and bright. Come Monday, I'll be sliding into that huge cylinder contraption superman( belly down, arms extended) style, minus the cape. Boy is that machine LOUD! Thank you my dear sweet Pinks for coming along for the ride( emotional, phyisical, and psychological). I know you have all been there and can relate. Big hugs to you all.
