I saw this on the news this morning and thought it was worth passing on considering our potential hip problems after radiation.

Eat your Greek yogurt!

    Very good information!  I just recently found a brand of Greek yogurt that I can actually stomach, so I guess I'm on the right track!

    Yogurt good for hips

    I thought it was interesting that yogurt is more effective for hip density, but not spine.

    Thanks so much for sharing. I actually love the Oikos Vanilla flavor greek yogurt (don't like any of the plain greek yogurts). I will be eating more of it now!!!!

    I love Oikos full fat plain Greek yogurt with fresh berries for breakfast. Mmmmm. And yes, it just may have to be a daily thing now!
