nasal prosthetics

If anyone one out there wears a nasal prothesis can they please tell me how they cope with blistering around the base of the nasal area

    not familiar with nasal prothesis but wondering if Aquaphor might help? They have it at Walgreens.

    I had to look them up

    as I didn't know exactly what you're dealing with.  Could the blisters be due to an allergy to whatever you use to keep it in place?  I think if you explained to us how it is applied, and what you use to keep it on, we might come up with some ideas....expecially someone who has a trach, or a TEP to talk with....they have to use special types of adherents to keep them in place.
