Anyone have Low grade, but not borderline OC

I had 3 C but it is either Low grade or Grade 2. I hear Low grade is much more resistent to chemo. It is the rarest of the OV, 10% of OC is low grade. The heavy duty chemo really frightens me.

In absence of reliable in-vitro sensitivity testing you don't know if your tumor is chemo sensitive until you try. I would do one round of chemo and see if your CA125 goes down and then decide if you wish to proceed with 5-7 more rounds. Mine is high grade, so I did not have the dilemma.

low grade & chemo

Carbo/Taxol/Avastin worked for me as front line chemo. I, too, have low grade cancer. My CA125 dropped slowly. By chemo round 4 my numbers were within normal range. Then CA125 stayed around 18 for about 20 months. Now they're back up and I'm investigating.
