Cutting it out

Had surgery in 2007.  Just had a mole cut out and it was positive.  Had the margins cut out today and they said I had two more moles they have to cut out.  I have metastic prostate cancer and I am wondering if they feed off one another or if the melanoma is starting to get agressive.

Anyone have any input?
