    Thanks everyone for replying.  Seems our wait isn't all that unusual, but it's still annoying!   We go the day before for blood work and then take the earliest appt we can get and it's still all day!  

    Funny thing is we have 5 hospital within 10 - 15 mins - I suppose we could switch but there are some advantages too.  We'll see what happens in the coming months.
