I may be taking my last carbo treatment for my first recurrance that did not respond to Doxil. I am allergic to it so I have to have it in the hospital and get desensitized. Takes about 24 hours but works well. My CA 125 is 11! The Dr would like to give me a couple extra treatments as it works so well but on the other hand, he says you have to wait a while before you can take it again so it may be better to get off it now while I am well and have it available when I need it. I am ready for a break! I have been on chemo since March. Before that was a vaccine trial and right before that was my initial 10 treatments of Carbo and 6 of Taxol!
