    great site..
    though I found I can't digest all those veggie and fruit with a colostomy.. but check it out..

    Ya my husband was a real lover of spinich salad everything raw & green but also with a colostomy, so he doesnt do salads more then once or twice a week.

    I do some veggies everyday..
    I do some veggies everyday.. but can't live vegan.. it would kill me know..
