reconstruction ??? with lumpectomy

Just curious-I had lumpectomy 4 yrs ago and partial mastecomty last week (Same SIDE). I am very small breasted and no mis-shaped but NO one can notice. I have no desire to have anything / any work at all. JUST curious if anyone has had PS with just a lumpectomy?

NOT even sure if lumpectomy reconstruction would be covered by insurance-even if I did want it..
